The Batcheller Mansion Inn offers exceptional corporate lodging in historic Saratoga Springs, NY. The old world elegance of this bed and breakfast in Upstate NY is an excellent place for the business traveler tired of chain motels and hotels. While hosting your executive retreat, enjoy the Victorian elegance that exudes from this Saratoga inn. Guest room descriptions, pictures and rates as well as pictures of our Common Rooms give you a sense of how far removed the Batcheller Mansion is from a corporate meeting room in a cookie cutter hotel. Our room rates are seasonally adjusted and are detailed with our room descriptions. Depending on the purpose of your function, the season and dates and days of the week of your meeting you may qualify for our corporate rate structure for your guest room rates. If your dates do not qualify for the corporate rate offer there is a ten percent discount offered off the seasonal room rates when all the guest rooms in the Mansion are booked between November and March. There is a two night minimum for weekends between April and October and we do not host events or functions during the annual Saratoga Racing Season. Please call the Innkeeper to discuss availability and rates.

In order to use our Common Rooms to hold a day time meeting or function there is a facility use charge of $250.00. For day time meetings only two of our three Common Rooms may be booked, both the Dining Room and Living Room together or both the Dining Room and Library together: the remaining room is then reserved for the use of our overnight guests. If you would like to use our Common Rooms for an evening event you must book all of our nine guest rooms in addition to paying a facility fee of $500.00: at which time you may use any configuration of the Common Rooms that suits your needs. Daytime utilization of the Common Rooms may start no earlier than 9:30 am and must end by 4:00 pm, evening use of our Common Rooms for events may begin at 3:00 pm and must conclude by 10:00 pm; all catering breakdown and clean-up must be completed by 10:30 pm.

All food and beverage service for a function or event is done exclusively by our catering partner Black Diamond Caterers: no outside food or beverage may be brought into the house to be served in our Common Rooms except by Black Diamond Caterers. All catering arrangements are done directly with Black Diamond and their contact information is at the bottom of this page. Once you have confirmed availability of the Mansion with us for your date Black Diamond will then coordinate with us about facility use and event specifics.

Our capacities for functions are as follows:

Day time functions (using either the Dining Room and Living Room or Dining Room and Library):
Meetings: up to 14 people.*
Breakouts: in addition to our Dining Room for meetings you may use either the Living Room or Library as an additional breakout room depending upon which room works best for your needs.
Luncheons: up to 24 people (Seated meal service is limited to the Dining Room).
Receptions: up to 40 people.

*A continental breakfast may be added to your daytime meeting at $7.00/person. Coffee breaks are available at a per person charge of $5.50 and include coffee, a selection of hot teas, juices, bottle water and fresh baked cookies.
Audio visual equipment is rented through Technical Video of Saratoga Springs. Please note the Dining Room may not be suitable for some media presentations.

Evening functions (Full use of all Common Rooms: requires booking all guest rooms):
Sit down dinners: up to 24 people (Seated meal service is limited to the Dining Room).
Standing buffet receptions: up to 46 people.
Cocktail receptions: up to 70 people.

The Batcheller Mansion Inn is a non-smoking facility and in accordance with New York State law there is no smoking in the Mansion’s Common Rooms or on our covered porches.
