Room & Reservation Policies

• Corporate Lodging Rates: Standard Rooms $129 per night, Superior Rooms $159 per night
  
• Accommodation Rates for New Year's Eve, December 31, 2007: Two-night minimum stay.
  
• Deposit and Cancellation Conditions: One night's room and tax is charged at time of making reservation. Any reservation cancelled 48 hours before occupancy is eligible for a full refund. Any reservation cancelled within 48 hours of occupancy will be charged one night plus tax if the room is not resold. If the room is resold, the deposit is refundable less a 10% booking fee.
  
• Deposits for Racing season are 50% of total charges in January and the remaining balance of charges in June. All deposits made for racing season are non-refundable..
  
• Skidmore graduation, parents weekend, and New Year's Eve are to have a full deposit at time the reservation is made. These reservations are non-refundable.
  
• Minimum stays at our Saratoga Springs bed and breakfast: April through October, Weekends: 2 Nights / Racing Season Weekends 4 nights
  
• House limitations: Completely non-smoking, no children under 14 years, no pets, and no roll-away cots available.
  
• Rates subject to change without notice.
